“The answer to the title seems obvious. The management pays my salary as recommended by the boss. and sanctified by the contract. so why even question it? That is the intriguing part? Perhaps there is a lot more to the equations and what call the mysteries inside the enigma. I’d buy this book just to figure out who does pay my salary and have I been chasing the wrong guy most of my life.”

This book “Who Pays Your Salary” by Jacob Thomas is a timely reminder, if not an eye-opener, for all of us on the importance and value of the customers who are the life-line of any business. The book definitely helps us to re-dedicate ourselves to our customers who help us in the survival of our business and its growth, and at the same time searching for an answer as to who is paying us all – the customer or the employer?
Many thanks to Jacob for publishing this book and bringing out the debatable issue – “who is paying our salary”.

who pays your salary? Your boss, yourself or neither? is :
“ As an entrepreneur, of a sales and management excellence company, I can say that the whole company’s system plays in paying a salary. The center of this system is obviously your Customers. The target of your boss and the executive teams is to manage the growth of this center wich is the base for your own company to grow, and therefore pays your salary ! I believe that Yourself, the reader of this book, is also part of this system because to win a customer you need to have first a good sales excellence, then a good customer service excellence to answer the customer’s needs and keep him and an excellence in management. So wherever you are in the excellence system, you are a part of it.
Finally it is your Boss who is making things possible. Why? He hired you, of course ! ”

“When I first heard the title of this book I laughed. But it made me think? and think. Jacob Thomas doesn?t just write about business from the safety of the sidelines (as so many other business writers do). He actually does every day what he writes about and his techniques work in the real world. This book will be a valuable guide to those genuinely wanting to make improvements in their business and in life”

The book is an Eye Opener, Sometimes I do wonder and get dipressed asking myself 100 questions about success and if I’m at the correct place or is it the wrong Time.
I would like to hear directly from the horse mouth is
“Customer really the King”
or is it the junior level front office who has to smile and greet eventhou it is very fake. There is a lot of difference between Established expereince and living the experience.
Great Work Jacob.
